Requirements

Your site must be themed around English, language or grammar though some exceptions may be made if you make a good case (”for the search engines” is not a good case for unrelated content).

It must be in good standing with the search engines.

It must not contain adult content or anything I consider objectionable.

List your website URL that you want a link to point to along with any other information (anchor text, where you want a link from, etc.)

I’ll review your proposal and notify you when it is accepted. If declined I’ll let you know why.
